Description   Venus V-1010 respirator has BFE Filtering efficiency > 98% against solids particles and is certified for IS 16289:2014  High technology filter media with micro fine fibers & electrostatic charge gives maximum filtering efficiency  Venus V-1010 has ear loop strap attachment which is comfortable to wear for long durations and easy to don and doff.   Venus V-1010 has low profile design which helps for extended use  Light weight provides greater work comfort, suits longer duration of wear  Compatible with / other face / head PPE(s)  Splash protection reduces exposure to blood & body fluids. Standards Venus V-1010 Ear loop respirator meets the requirement of IS 16289:2014 These respirators should be used to protect the wearer from solid and non-volatile liquid particles. Class 3 filters are intended for use against both mechanically & thermally generated particulates
Approvals
Venus V-1010 Ear loop respirator has been produced to comply with the requirement of the Indian standard Institute IS 16289:2014 under an agreed production certification scheme operated during manufacture in accordance with the Bureau of Indian Standards. 
Disposal
Contaminated products should be disposed in hazardous waste in accordance with local regulations 
User instructions
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED EACH TIME RESPIRATOR IN USE Before use check for visible damage. Damaged or dirty mask Should not be used.
1.Hold mask with nosepiece at top of mask.
2.Secure loops around both ears. expand pleats to create void placing the bottom of the mask under your chin.
3.Pinch nosepiece to conform to your nose.
Limitations
1.Fitting instruction to be followed each time before using respirator

2.Failure to follow all user instructions and limitation on the use of this respirator and / or failure to wear this respirator during all times of exposure can reduce respirator effectiveness and result in sickness or death.

3.Do not use for protection against Gases, Vapour, or in atmosphere containing less than 17% oxygen.

4.Use Condition : Not against particles of carcinogenic and Radioactive substances, Micro-organisms & Enzymes

Storage & Shelf Life Venus V-1010 Ear loop series of respirators until use shall be stored in the sealed pack to retain its properties. For transport such packs shall be suitably packed in outer cartons to protect from climatic hazards and mechanical shocks. The shelf life of the product is 60 months from the date of manufacture. (If stored between –50°C and +50°C & Humidity not over 80%). The date of manufacture is mentioned on the pack of the respirator.
